MORRIS COUNTY, Texas — Morris County issued a burn ban on Wednesday to prohibit any outdoor burning.

The individuals, which have not yet been identified, are expected to be arrested after contact is made, Sgt. Bobby Jones of Tatum PD said in a statement.
