Cincinnati police have arrested another suspect in connection with what Cincinnati’s police chief calls a “violent attack” Downtown.

Authorities said one fatality has been confirmed in an explosion at the U.S. Steel Clairton Coke Works facility outside of Pittsburgh.

Officers originally responded to a report of a man, 37, who was making threats with a knife at a Mesa apartment complex, police said.

Play was halted at the Cincinnati Open at 5:25 p.m. on Monday due to an "on-site power outage," the tournament announced.
