团队让小鼠在两周内每三天接受这两种蛋白,之后发现小鼠出现了呼吸道过敏的迹象,如血清免疫球蛋白E (IgE)水平升高——身体遇到过敏原时会产生这种抗体。在分别注射这两种蛋白质时,或当小鼠暴露在缺乏其中一种蛋白的遗传改造霉菌中时,均未出现这种反应。
