Israel's defence minister warns Gaza City could be destroyed if Hamas doesn't accept ceasefire terms
Israel’s defense minister says Gaza City could be destroyed unless Hamas accepts Israel’s terms. Earlier this week, Hamas accepted a ceasefire proposal by Arab mediators, almost identical to the one Israel accepted before talks stalled last month.

The Hostages and Missing Families Forum, which organized the "Israel on Hold” protests, said that over a million people took part in the demonstrations across the country on Sunday. Per the organization, almost 500,000 protesters gathered in Tel Aviv’s Hostage Square.
Hamas said that Israel's plan to relocate residents from Gaza City constitutes a "new wave of genocide and displacement" for hundreds of thousands.
In leaked audio recordings, the former head of Israeli military intelligence can be heard saying that the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza is “necessary and required for future generations.
