It allows users to convert mathematical functions from a drawing to font-based text in Word, Exceland PowerPoint. We have explained this feature in detail in this article.

In Word 2003, choose Convert from the Table menu, and then select Table To Text. In the resulting dialog, click OK, as the table uses paragraph marks to denote columns by default.
