吴说获悉，据 Jito Foundation，VanEck 已提交 S-1 申请，推出首个完全由流动质押代币（LST）JitoSOL 支持的现货 Solana ETF——VanEck JitoSOL ETF。SEC 于 2025 年明确表示，协议质押和流动质押在特定结构下不涉及证券交易，为 LST 在 ETF 中的应用铺平了合规路径。
