Fresno State and Kansas open their seasons on Saturday at the Jayhawks' rebuilt on-campus stadium. They spent last season playing at Arrowhead Stadium, the home of the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Jayhawks play their season opener on Saturday vs. Fresno State in the newly renovated David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. KU seeks redemption this season after an underwhelming showing last year, when KU finished 5-7 despite high preseason expectations.

Easily the best prospect on the Jayhawks is redshirt senior center Bryce Foster. The veteran lineman excels in pass protection and has promising physical tools. He's flashed in zone but does his best run-game work as a puller, perhaps opening the door to guard versatility at the next level.
