Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan is going into the second season of his tenure with the team, but it could very well be his last. As the coach of a team taking on a No. 1 pick, Callahan is already on the hot seat and recent history suggests he won't be with the Titans for much longer.

Take Ward's reaction to Van Jefferson drop what would have been, or at least could have been, his best throw so far on Aug. 15 during the Titans' 23-20 victory against the Atlanta Falcons. The rookie simply shrugged off the miscue and suggested at least some of the blame may be better placed on him.
